11. What's Next

Listen to: What's Next

The last word for your Logbook is – CREATE – you now have 11 words. Create a sentence.

Have fun! Life is not meant to be boring. You have completed the Heroes Quest with Sparks and Loukas. You have learned the stages (checkpoints) on this journey – a place where fears and anxiety may be conquered. In the real world, we do not meet dragons, beasts or demons that must be killed. However, there is a darkness, and it can be overcome – when this happens, transformation is amazing.

Be open to seeing things differently, and you will find resources everywhere you go. A toolkit to overcome boredom and worrying about What-ifs – anxiety and not being able to sleep. Change Your Mind is a website just for you. Put it in your logbook for future use and see what else you can learn. Don’t try too hard; the good stuff happens when you are relaxed. Practice relaxation and find your peaceful spot (you can be there in your mind too). Just think about what you can achieve and believe in yourself. The prison we imagine we are in has no bars. We are free to walk out at any time. Don’t let others put you down; be the best you can.

Be aware of the invisible enemy. You won’t see it because it’s inside of you. The inside enemy tries to sabotage things for us. These are our default settings. You know when it has happened – you did what was easiest, which was not a good move, for others or you. We can’t help it, it just happens. This leads us to unpleasant habits, poor relationships, and all kinds of stuff. Head over to your settings folder and change the configuration. Then keep on top of it. After a while, you will see better outcomes.

Possibilities are endless, and there is not enough room to talk here about the many solutions and paths that can be taken. Each person is perfectly unique and should be encouraged to develop that uniqueness. Expect magical moments of discovery, sometimes from unexpected people or situations – this is all part of the Heroes Quest.

Is there still more to come? Oh yes. Especially after today and all you have learned. Go out there and live it.

What fears hold you back?

How would it feel to be free?

What if you tried – and found that you could?

Is there anything more you want to put into your Logbook? Something that might be useful in your future – Any questions? Ask Sparks or Loukas, at the end table with posters, contact information, web links, etc…

A sentence clue: What is the best way to do something?
