Being active is important even just regularly being outdoors with friends. Our fitness is important, though we don’t have to sign up for a gym. Walking, dancing, and swimming are good activities that increase our fitness.
When our fitness level is good, we feel good - we are energised to do more. Begin slow and work up to speed. Do it with a friend, and soon you will feel better about yourself and wake up fresh each morning.

Healthy Eating
We all have different expectations and standards of healthy eating; eating less or over what is required. If overweight or underweight, make sure you’re getting your main sources of protein (meats), carbohydrates (potatoes, rice, pasta), wheat, minerals (plenty of water) and vitamins.

Food is necessary fuel for our body and mind.
The better the input - the better the output.

Things we hear, think we hear; negative attitudes from other people. We can become the same, which may - or may not be good.
