Self-harm

Self-harm usually comes from low mental health and it’s when we deliberately injure ourselves. Often, we may feel it's a way of coping with or expressing overwhelming emotional distress; but it's not safe.

Do talk to someone if you have any thoughts of harming yourself in any way. Things can – and will get better.

There is a process, a way out.

You are special,

perfectly unique.

Eating disorder

An eating disorder is forming poor habits of eating, whether that be too much or too little. It also means having an unhealthy attitude to food, which can take over your life and make you ill. Ill physically but also mentally, for some people it’s anxiety or depression.

We may use this in a way, to hold control when life feels so delicate. Create time to talk it through, it can get better.
