Anyway
There are things I know about myself, and then there is stuff that others know about me. But I can still struggle to know who I am, and where I fit in! It's important to know what we believe about ourselves - and whether it's true or not true.

‘Who am I’ is probably the biggest question ever, and it will take a lifetime to figure it out. So, we need to take it a day at a time.
I know I wear masks to be who people want me to be. Or is it to hide behind because I don't want people to see the real me? It can be confusing and we just grab a label and say "That's Me."
Social media and peer pressure can push us into a box that just doesn't fit. Remember, we are all work in progress, and no one is perfect. Yet, we are all 'perfectly unique.,
Learning to accept others just as they are, helps us to accept ourselves. Then we can begin to discover who we really are. It's an adventure, and one to share with others, Find someone close to share with.

Emotions
Sometimes it helps to see life as ‘gaming’. In a game, we gain skills and collect what we need to complete the challenge. ​Our actions are similar to Computer Code, (a series of instructions). When things don't work out well, we can find the line of code causing the problem and change it – because we are the code writers.
Listen to your emotions, they are indicators as to what is going on.
Don’t be overwhelmed, choose the right output. Keep doing the things that work well, and avoid those that don't. Emotions are not right or wrong – they just are.
What we do with these feelings makes the difference.
